Next, ask them to describe how they work with others in order to determine if they will be an asset to the team.
Last but not least, ask the candidate to describe a professional situation where they didn’t do so well and how they overcame their obstacles. In most cases, a well-prepared candidate will already have thought of questions to ask you, so let them have their turn to see how informed they are about the business.
