I may be stating the obvious here but start off by putting together a good template for future use. Next, try to make your quote different and memorable by adding testimonials or awards that you’ve won. Once this is done, follow the following format:
- An introduction outlining the customers’ needs.
- Summary of the proposed work.
- Description of proposed work, including a breakdown of costs.
Last but not least use headings within the quote so it’s easy to read and try to not go over a page.
