Setting goals are one of the most important parts of running a successful business. To make your goals effective, break them into short-term as well as long-term goals. It is fine to have a great big goal of a huge financial sum in the bank, but you do need to take small steps to help you achieve this goal! Smaller goals could include ‘Grow profits by 15% in 6 months’, or ‘Increase my social media audience to 1,000 followers’. You can constantly revise and revisit your goals… and remember that it’s not the end of the world if you don’t achieve every one of them.
