Let’s face the facts: customer retention can be hard. So how does one reconnect with customers? Start with an email newsletter or survey them. You should be communicating monthly if not weekly with your existing customer base. Send them discount alerts and let them know what’s new. Last but not least, pick up the phone and call your most loyal customers or clients. While you’re at it, track down five customers or clients you haven’t heard from in a while.
