It’s every working professional’s worst nightmare. So what does one do in the face of a mental block? Remember blocks of any nature are a result of one thing: not being firmly in the present. So hit the shower and relax! It also doesn’t hurt to seek out a sweat session at your local gym. Engaging in high energy activity will no doubt clear that mental block – the answer might even come to you in a flash while you are focused on something else. A change of environment can also clear a mental block. Move from your office to a coffee shop or even a beach towel in your backyard, and leave your mental block behind.
