To onboard a customer, its best to:
- Gather the info you need, like their email address and phone number
- Make sure your customer knows who to get in touch with should they need help
- Let your client know how and when they can expect to hear from you
- Deliver something of value to them as soon as possible
- Let them know that you appreciate their business
- Keep in touch, and if possible take notes of your conversations so that you can connect with them on a personal level each time you speak
