As they say, “it’s on for young and old!” However, in the workplace, how do you get young and old to resolve their differences? You may find the older generation quite formal and set in their ways, while younger workers expect flexibility and are constantly looking for new challenges. To bridge the gap, create teams of mixed ages and support them while they work together. Avoid having a one-size-fits-all way of doing things and offering feedback and present your employees with a couple of options so they can choose what they are most comfortable with. Ask your staff to help each other. Older workers have so much wisdom and experience to share, while younger ones are more tech savvy and across new trends
