Success is not just what you accomplish in your life, it is about what you inspire other people to do. In order to inspire your staff, you need to create a supportive work environment. Team members need to feel comfortable in their workspace. Another method that helps inspire staff is kicking them out of the office for the day. Encouraging your team to meet outside of their normal environment will promote creativity. Perhaps the most obvious is to offer incentives for good ideas and actions. It doesn’t have to cost a lot. A day off, gift cards or tickets to the movies are all appreciated.
