Learning about a subject is easier than ever thanks to online tutorials and they are easy to create as part of your marketing or customer care strategy. To get started, prepare slides as though you were going to give a presentation in person. Make your slides clear and concise and practice presenting them until you feel confident you can get through without mistakes. You can keep bullet point notes to one side if you have to. From there, you can access some screen casting software that will record your voice as well as what is happening on screen when you go through your slides.
